Fun overnight for troop bonding, crafts, and food tour in Little Italy, SD!

Day trip using the trolley to head to UTC for troop bonding, lunch & ice skating

Weekend Adventure to San Francisco.  Flight to San Francisco and staying in the Hostel at Fisherman's Wharf. Scouts will help to plan this weekend getaway.  We will also be participating in 4 hours of community service during this trip.

Overnight at the San Diego Safari Park

Nuestra Cabaña, also known as Our Cabaña is a great place to find new international friends while learning new skills and having new experiences. We will travel to Cuernavaca, Mexico. Every summer, thousands of fireflies light up the night sky in the highest part of Tlaxcala. Explore the sanctuary to witness this rare phenomenon that will make you feel as if you’re in a forest full of twinkling, fallen stars. Witness the miracles of nature, connect with the vibrant Mexican culture, and leave a lasting imprint through community action. 

The 2026 Girl Scout National Convention will take place in Washington, DC, from Monday, July 20, through Saturday, July 25.  We are also looking at extending the trip and traveling to New York City.

Advance Domestic Trip to Savannah is somewhat of a Girl Scout pilgrimage to visit the Juliette Gordon Low house, the birthplace of the founder of Girl Scouts. 

12 day trip to Japan travelling to Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Hakone and Tokyo. Scouts will visit shrines and temples, sample local foods, and many other activities! 

Join us on a trip to Santa Monica!  We'll work with the girls to plan a day or overnight trip to LA.

Overnight trip where we stayed at the GS Orange County Anaheim Program Center to work on travel skills and spend the next day at Knotts Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA.

Girl Adventure Weekend at Camp Emerald Bay.  We will drive to Long Beach, ferry to Camp Emerald Bay Scout Camp on Catalina Island, stay in a Cabin, go kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, snorkeling, archery, stargazing and other activities, and participate in the campfire program. 

Part of our travel progression, we will be traveling to Oceanside by train for some fun day activities

As a beginning to our travel progression, we will plan with the girls a day trip that involves using local public transportation.
